Welcome Back To School!!

Our team has been working throughout the summer to provide new and exciting opportunities for our students!

We have created a more student friendly facility by adding:
+ a K-5th computer lab
+ changing rooms, bathrooms, and water fountains in the gym
+ a closed-in kitchen area in the cafeteria
+ three new classrooms
+ and a brand new playground

We have also strived to expand our academics as well. We are now offering:
+ computer classes for all K-8th students, which will include cyber security for K-4th and coding for 5th-8th
+ exposure to foreign languages twice a week beginning in 4th and 5th grades with Turkish and Spanish each half a year
+ and dedicated writing courses for all K-8th students

SST Alamo is also working on becoming part of an athletic league that could offer sports to our 4th and 5th graders. Please be on the lookout for more information from Coach Perez as the year goes on!

We look forward to a great 2016-2017 school year, and we are so glad you will be part of it!

Sincerely,
SST Alamo Staff
